Free Seller's Assessment

We offer a FREE Home Assessment to homeowners preparing to list their home for sale with one of our partner real estate agents. The assessment is a quick visual overview of the home’s major systems including, but not limited to: roof, major moisture intrusion issues, structure, electrical panel, HVAC system, and safety issues. The Home Assessment is not a full home inspection, but is meant to give the homeowner a better understanding of their home to help ensure a smooth home selling process.
